Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to Golden Veterinary Services.  Once your order has arrived at the clinic you will recieve a call with pick up instructions.

Please note, for returns on web orders, made within 30 days of invoice purchase date, will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee at time of refund. Anything after 30 days will not be refunded. To request a return please email IVHinventory@shaw.ca or phone 250-342-7007
